Domestic Assistance with Everyday Household Chores
Peterson Homecare offers support to assist clients with everyday activities that can may be difficult due to factors such as age or disability. Our trained Caregivers are able to assist in tasks such as changing the beds, general house cleaning, ironing and laundry, and any other household jobs. When left unattended, these household chores can pile up and can cause potential distress. We understand this and aim to take this extra burden off our client’s shoulders and relieve their stress.
We are also able to assist with more labour intensive tasks such as washing the bed linen and making the bed, as well as cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
Other jobs our caregivers help with include:
- Put out the bins;
- Kitchen cleaning;
- Bathroom cleaning;
- Regular general cleaning;
- Vacuuming and mopping;
- Updating and stocking the pantry
- Fridge and freezer cleaning;
- Sweeping verandas and balconies; and
- Tidying paths and watering gardens.
The client is able to discuss their individual circumstances and preferences with their Care Coordinator at their initial consultation, and draw up a care plan to suit their specific needs.
